Staff Introduction

What can we give back to our customers? That is the question! The mission of Marukiku Construction is "to create happiness for everyone through home building." As a professional builder, I have been working on home building with all my heart and sincerity. We also have our cooperating companies participate in our home building as colleagues who share the same aspirations. We now have over 400 former customers, including customers who have been with us since new construction and customers who have been remodeling. Currently, we are working on "Tekuto no Ie" for new construction, and we are aiming to be the best in Japan in terms of design, functionality, and housing performance. In remodeling and renovation, we respond with proposals that utilize our professional skills and experience, as well as high construction capabilities, for earthquake resistance, energy conservation, and barrier-free access. A home is the foundation of a person's life. All of our employees will continue to study and hone their skills so that our customers who request our services can live happy lives, so we hope you will continue to support Marukiku Construction.

I am in charge of the housing department in general, and I provide consistent support for home building, from the initial financial planning, to finding land, designing the plan, handing over, and even giving advice on how to live in the house. Home building can be complicated and technical, so it can be stressful, but I will solve each of those problems while listening to your concerns, and make suggestions that will help you imagine your life, from housework and hobbies to eating and playing, so that building your home is an exciting and fun experience!
