Plumbing and carpentry work has begun for Mr. N in Kariya City

All the plumbing fixtures have been replaced with new ones! I'm so excited!

The layout will be slightly changed.

We will continue the construction by adding new pillars and reinforcing the foundation.

We will replace the 40 -year- old piping with new ones.

The lifespan of a water pipe is generally considered to be about 40 years (although the actual service life varies depending on the type of pipe and installation conditions, so it's difficult to say for sure), so is it time to replace it?

When making changes to the layout, including the plumbing, we will check the drainage route first.

The red pipes are hot water pipes, which supply hot water produced by hot water heaters and water heaters to the home.

The blue pipes are water supply pipes that supply cold water to the house.

I'm looking forward to the completion
